- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆**DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ACH WITHDRAWALS !** I would give them 0 stars if I could. I called to cancel service as I was moving. They sent me a 'final bill' but failed to close my account. A new resident moved in and I was charged for their water. I have made phone calls, sent emails and certified mail. They refuse to remove my ACH and close my account even though I have moved. I have had to open a dispute with my bank to stop the deductions from my bank account. They refuse to answer my letters, emails and phone calls. They say they will call me back, but they never do. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service, horrible service geared to only generate revenue against businesses for a dumb backflow device inspection, will not allow the opening of a Business just because my bathroom (which will not use as mall has others) does not have a device and installation is $1,200 which I don't have!!!
