- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆There is a younger lady that is absolutely fantastic to work with. Other than that i just wish there was another ups store i could go to that was near me. The older gentleman (as you will find in other comments listed for the establishment) has no customer service skills. That and on multiple occasions i have come in and found the young employees horsing around or not caring about having a professional business manor at all! And sometimes the older gentlman there (thats the notary) just lets them do it!!! Its really frustrating. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They will tell you they have a notary service but when you get there....nope the notary evidently only comes in when they want to. Couldn't even tell me if one would be in today, told me to keep calling back and checking. Don't think I will trust these people again on the phone.
